"Terrible Service Experience"
The customer support is just awful; my clients have mentioned that the individual who picked up the phone didn’t speak English well, mispronounced the business name, and had such a thick accent that they were hard to understand. There have also been instances where my clients emailed me asking why I hadn’t called them back, only for me to discover that their messages never reached me. On the bright side, the company sure knows how to hike up their prices.

"Been dealing with them for a while now..."
I've been in business with them for the last few years, but since September, I've been getting billed without any calls. I called them over and over, and the response I got was that they don’t keep track of that. Then she says I haven’t received a call since September, which is just not true. I had to cancel my service, and it took me four months to sort it out. Just a heads up, be cautious!

"A Model of Excellent Customer Support"
For the past month, I've been trying to reach tech support for their sister company, Ninja Number. Finally, I managed to get a phone number and Marti from Voice Nation picked up. This guy has been fantastic in making sure my issue gets to Ninja Number and has really gone above and beyond what’s expected. He truly represents what great customer service is all about. His help has been invaluable, and I really appreciate his dedication to ensuring I was well taken care of. If I had the chance, I’d definitely recommend him for a raise. Keep it up, Marti!

Today I reached out to The Voice Nation and I came across this fella Marti Ramirez, who provided some of the finest customer service I've ever experienced. Even though I haven't signed up with them yet, he shared all the info I required for my needs. You bet I'll be returning to them when I'm ready for that service. Taji has consistently been there to help and clarify how to use the dashboard when it comes to rearranging and resetting the system for adjustments and providing top-notch service. "Fantastic Support and Fast Assistance"
I've been using VoiceNation/Ninja Number for quite a while now. I haven't run into too many issues, but when I have, the tech support crew has always been super quick to help out. Taji has been awesome to collaborate with. I rely on Ninja Number for my business's 800 number and also for another client of mine.

"They just can't seem to get it right..."
I’m really shocked that this company has a 4-star rating when they only manage to get 1 out of 5 calls correct, which is why I’m giving them a 1-star review. The operators they have on the line are clearly not trained; they don’t stick to the script, they stumble through the conversation, and it feels like every other word is 'ummm.' As if that’s not frustrating enough, when you take your issues to 'Management' about how the calls are handled, they don’t do a thing. I’d recommend you think twice before choosing this company for your customer service needs.

I had been a loyal subscriber to a different, well-known service that charged a lot more. Voice Nation provides the same perks at a way better price without skimping on service quality. The receptionists are friendly, professional, and super courteous. Honestly, the service exceeds expectations in every aspect. I couldn't be more satisfied with Voice Nation.

The first couple of representatives seemed like they were not interested in their jobs, and the third one even messed up our company name.
